Working Hours is you handing Alex a problem. The Sprint is different.
Three months is long enough for the things we build to get used, break in the places real work breaks them, and get fixed. You also get someone from outside deciding with you what to tackle next, which is usually the hardest part to do alone.
The people who book the Sprint are the ones who did a Working Hours session and realized one session was not going to be enough. Or they knew from the start that their business needed more than a single fix. Either way, they are ready to commit to the work, and the Sprint is built for that.
What's Included:
- Five hours with Alex, live, spread across ninety days in whatever increments make sense to you.
- A first session where we map how your business actually runs and decide what gets built, in what order
- Real builds in your tools, with you driving, so you can run them without Alex
- The EaseLab /playbook-it Method applied to your whole business, not one process
- A playbook-it pass after each session, so the work lands in your knowledge base and SOPs
- Room to change course as we learn what works
- Follow-up time available at $250 per hour after the Sprint ends

Two things before you buy.
1. This is implementation, not teaching. If knowledge bases, SOPs, and the EaseLab /playbook-it Method are new to you, take AI & Business Systems 101 first and come back.
2. You will need an AI tool that can read and write files on your computer, like Claude Code, Claude Cowork, ChatGPT Work, or Codex. A browser chat window will not work for what we build here.
